Some men see things the way they are and ask why, I see things as they could be and ask why not.

Bobby Kennedy, 1961, Former Attorney General of the U.S.

We have enough for our needs, but not enough for our greed.

Mahatma Gandhi

The world is changing, yet many businesses are stuck with an outdated philosophy of management. They have some executives executing an obsolete business models; others are corrupted by the power they exercise; and others still seduced by greed.

We strive to incorporate a transformational mind-set stressing the ethical side of transformational leadership.

Know Thyself

Abraham Lincoln

Success in all fields is ultimately based on how well we use our mind. Unfortunately, few people have figured out how to overcome self-transformation barriers to access this untapped resource for more mental horsepower. It's like having a powerful eight cylinder engine, but only using two of them.

Tapping into the resources within our mental computer requires learning how to better program that system—the software running the mind can be upgraded. To be more transformational means one should better managie stress, change states of mind, learn the symbolic language of the unconscious, and so on.
