Using Your Brain For a Change

It was one of the greatest of the early American psychologists, William James, who estimated that we only use 10% of our potential.

According to Lester Thurow, “A competitive world has two possibilities for you. You can lose. Or, if you want to win, you can change.” Yet, few managers and executives know how to change the functioning of their most important asset—their mind.

For example, few know how to overcome: arrested development, narcissistic wounds, existential crisis, negative transference reactions, Ego defensiveness, etc. Fewer still know how to control negative emotions, shift states of mind, and increase self-awareness. These are just a few issues preventing the typical executive from becoming an truly exceptional one.

This session focuses on the inner side of success—self-improvement techniques to gain insight and “reprogram the software” of the mind.

This workshop is full of techniques that if learned and applied, result in developing the untapped potential lying within all of us.
