Organizational Culture

Our clients hire us because we bring new insights into complex problems. These engagements can become difficult--sometimes because clients don't know what to do--other times because they know what to do but just can't get there.

At a minimum we must match the problem-solving and managerial skills of our most sophisticated clients.

Although Legacee attracts individuals who enjoy creating solutions, this is not the only skill you'll need. For problem solving has no value if you cannot help your customer implement the solution.

n many cases, it means not only performing as a consultant, but as a trainer, a facilitator and a coach. We have available over 40 training modules, a great deal of material on group facilitation, and an active learning process that encourages coaching.

If there's any constant in the continually changing world, it's that the learning process never ends. Education must be the cornerstone of your growth and success. At every stage of your career, we'll help you define the competencies you'll need and provide you with the environment where you can develop and master them.

Speakers and Trainers

Legacee employs dynamic speakers and trainers who have process consulting ability. For short programs we would expect presenters to have their own content . Along with participant handouts, one would need color overheads or the capability to deliver PowerPoint slides from a laptop.

We would expect that presenters would be able to:

Entertain the audience,
Present practical content relevant to the audience,
Tell a few good stories and a jokes, and
Use adult learning theory in corporate settings.
