This is our year long program to understand and practice the skills necessary for transformational leadership—a powerful leadership style necessary for organizational change and innovation.
The Make a Change program has seven six-week classes with a one week break in-between. You will start with a same people and work through the program together.
The series works on improving: your ability to influence others while providing advanced practice techniques for self-mastery and continuous self-improvement.
